2. Melt the Chocolate

Ingredient:

1 cup white chocolate

After waiting at least 6 hours to allow the cherry-flavored crystals to dissolve in the butter, the recipe can be continued by melting the chocolate.

Here is the process:

Put the cup of white chocolate pieces into a bowl.

Microwave it for 20 seconds. Then stir it just enough to move any hot spots into the rest of the chocolate.

Repeat the 20‑seconds-and-stir process until the chocolate is melted.

Do the next step immediately, while the chocolate is still warm and melted.
