(Easy. Great recipe to practice with.)
1/2 cup white chocolate or white baking chips
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Prepare a plate by laying a sheet of wax paper on it (or lightly grease the plate with butter if you don't have wax paper). This will hold the finished candy.
Melt the chocolate. This can be done in a warm oven in 3-minute increments or in the microwave in 10-second increments, with a quick stir between increments.
Don't over melt. Just enough so all solids are dissolved.
Stir the pumpkin pie spice into the melted white chocolate until well blended.
With a spoon, drop the melty mixture onto the prepared plate. The number of drops will depend on how much melty concoction your spoon carries.
Let the drops dry until they are firm enough to handle. (No longer sticky.)
Yields enough for 2 people to have a nice treat.
